Binance founder and former CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) made some important assessments about the future of the cryptocurrency industry on the Threadguy podcast show he attended today.
CZ said during a live stream: “The cryptocurrency industry will not always run smoothly. Even strong founders, strong projects, and strong communities will face challenges from time to time. However, as long as the industry continues to do the right thing and build together, there are many different areas for in-depth development. This industry will continue to grow thanks to developers.”
Zhao also spoke about the importance of blockchain technology, saying, “Blockchain is a new technology and it is much better than our current technologies. »
During an episode, CZ also commented on the recent surge of interest in Chinese memecoins. Zhao said: “I see Western users trying to figure this out, but it’s actually a complete coincidence. Anything I share on Twitter – an image, an icon or a word – becomes a memecoin. That’s why I’ve been very cautious about sharing for a while. It’s become a culture within the Binance community, and a significant portion of that community is Chinese-speaking users.”
