Is the hacker the crypto world fears back? He was in prison, but actively participated in the latest attack.

Blockchain analytics platform Arkham announced that an address believed to be linked to Avi Eisenberg, the attacker who profited approximately $110 million from the Mango Markets attack in 2022, has started showing on-chain activity again.

According to information shared by Arkham, the address in question is linked to a past attack that exploited a security vulnerability at Mango Markets, generating approximately $110 million in profits. Furthermore, it is known that Eisenberg threatened further action against the Aave platform after the attack and that he already suffered losses in a liquidation process linked to Curve Finance, before being sentenced to prison following legal proceedings.
