Vietnam officially announced the launch of the BCC, according to a press release published by Ndachain, where it is operated by the Innovation and Investment Center of the Ministry of Public Security, although its development came by the National Data Association.
A mixture of centralization and decentralization
Ndachain’s blockchain works with the National Data Center, and is also designed to act as a layer of digital infrastructure verification in government and private systems.
Based on the press statement, the blockchain works on the author’s employment form of the author supported by 49 closures managed by the government and private organizations, notably Sungroup, Masan, Zalo, Sovico and VNVC. This system has been strengthened using zero knowledge evidence and can process up to 3,600 transactions per second.

Bloccine supports a decentralized structure to prove identity (NDA has done) as well as a Ndatracle monitoring system, and the NDA was to verify the identity of digital contracts and internet interactions, while the Ndatracle monitoring solution is to allocate unique definitions for products in order to ratify and follow them internationally.
The two systems work with current national identity services and comply with international standards such as GS1 and the W3C decentralized identification system.

Vietnam joins countries with national blockchain networks
At the end of 2025, this platform will be launched through regional organizations and university institutions, provided that the next step includes support for applications for second layer solutions and the development of digital services and international cooperation.
Consequently, the launch of the NDA Chen blockchain will lead to the support of Vietnam to an increasing group of governments which create a national infrastructure based on blockchain technology to support public services and data governance.
Projects such as the Blockchin-based services network (BSN) in China, European services based on blockchin in the European Union and the Klaytn platform in South Korea, reflect an accelerated global trend towards the development of blockchain networks at the stop of the state, designed to secure identity systems and improve the monitoring of supply chains as Data.
Current questions
Unlike China and the BSN worker in the shadow of strict centralization, or EBSI of the European Union, which focuses on unifying organizational frameworks, Vietnam uses a hybrid model that combines a contract managed by government agencies, with direct compatibility through national regimes.
These allowances allow Ndachain systems to comply with global platforms – such as blockchin services in the European Union – which facilitates the verification of digital identity and international monitoring.
